Booking and Prices

Prices include all bed linen and towels, (excluding beach towels), together with end of stay clean.

2025 Prices

High Season (May Half Term, July, August, Christmas and New Year): £3,500 per week

Mid-Season (May, June, September (excluding May half-term), October half-term, Easter Holidays): £2,500 per week

Low Season (Everything Else): £1,500 per week

Our changeover day is Friday. Long weekends and mid-week stays available outside of high season. If you would like to book alternative length stays, we would be happy to accommodate this, where we can.

Extras

Refundable damage waiver £350

Dogs £35 each / per week

Use of the EV Charger, will be recharged at cost and deducted from the damage waiver.
